On this very special edition of New Ground, host Chris Douridas explores the career and music of the extraordinary Paul Simon. In a candid interview, Paul talks with Chris about meeting his long-time collaborator Art Garfunkel, the rise and demise of their legendary folk-pop duo, Simon and Garfunkel, and his more recent collaborations with Brian Eno (Surprise) and Philip Glass (Songs from Liquid Days). In addition, Paul discusses his songwriting process, how his audience has evolved with him over the years, and going to Graceland (discovering global rhythms).
